Where do we send the goods?

We ship goods to most European countries.

You can see the current offer of carriers and delivery prices on the checkout page after entering your delivery address.

If you don't see your carrier, please contact us at shop@heelingbymichaela.com and we will be happy to help you complete your order.

What is the shipping cost?

Czech Republic:

• Mail order: 69 CZK

• Delivery to the address: from 99 CZK

• Orders over 2,000 CZK: free shipping via Zásilkovna

Slovakia:

• Mail order: 4 EUR

• Delivery to an address: from EUR 5.50

Other European countries:

• Shipping prices range between EUR 4-10. You will see the exact price at checkout after entering your address.

What are the delivery times?

We ship paid orders the next day.

After the shipment is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the shipment.

• Delivery within the Czech Republic and Slovakia usually takes 2–7 working days

• Delivery to other countries approximately 7 business days

For the fastest delivery, we recommend using Zásilkovna.

Personal collection?

Personal collection is currently not possible.
