Exchange and return of goods

We apply a 14-day return policy, which means that you can request a return of an item within 14 days of purchasing it.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have price tags or labels attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returned goods must be sent to the following address via Zásilkovna to this branch: Olomouc, Tř. Svornosti 916/35 (Buddies gym) . Packages sent by other means are not accepted by this branch and we are not responsible for their fate.

If we accept your return request, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the goods are faulty, damaged or the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and rectify the situation.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include lingerie and custom-made products (custom orders, personalized items, etc.) and personal care products (cosmetics, etc.). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you want to receive your desired item as quickly as possible, please return the item you have and make a separate purchase of the new item once the return is received.


14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without giving any reason. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have price tags or labels attached and must be in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
